Hello :)

Is 300-350watt power supply enought for the system ?

And is my cpu cooler good enought ?

My motherboard

https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H77N-WIFI-rev-10#ov

The cpu i am putting in th the system intel i5 3350p.
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...-3350p-processor-6m-cache-up-to-3-30-ghz.html

i have 2 stock coolers
Intel E97379-001 and 003

the gpu i was planning to put in to the system.
MSI GeForce GT 1030 Low Profile OC - 2GB GDDR5 RAM

Solution
Hard to tell the coolers apart from images. Go with whichever is thicker if there is a height difference.

Yes, that is enough power for the proposed components and the CPU will work in that board.
Are you planning on running older titles, on this system, or lightweight newer titles, like say Rocket League? I wouldn't expect much, from your proposed upgrade, as newer titles like more than 4 cores, these days, and the GT 1030 is pretty weak. It is about as powerful as the integrated graphics, on a Ryzen 5 2400g/3400g.

I play mostly older titles on my old systems and the games sometime struggle.

I play games like battlefield 3+4, Sims 3+4, Cs go, Minecraft, Stranded deep, total war

I have no plans for new titles i know that i need a total new computer for that, and that is over my budget and out if my interrest.

My old system is Intel i3 2130
Ati Amd Radeon r7 200 series 2gb ddr3
200w psu
2x4gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz but is 1333mhz because of the cpu

and a sshd 2tb sata

for me its fine to play 720-1080p with medium settings. but now my pc have it hard some times even in low settings
