hey guys im thinking of upgrading my pc, i mainly play the division 2 these days, and cpu load is 100% all the time, i only do gaming and i dont have a big plan on streaming
i only want to upgrade the cpu, mb and ram and i do gaming on 1080p 60fps capped
here is my current pc specs

Intel i5 4590
Gigabyte H97 gaming 3
16gb ddr3
Asus 980gtx 4gb
Seasonic S12II 520w psu

im confused which cpu to chose intel or amd

Blue team
Intel I5-9400F
Gigabyte H370 Aorus Gaming 3
8gb ram ddr4

Red Team
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WIFI
8gb ram ddr4

which team should i choose ?

prices are pretty much same here in the market
big question is , if i go for amd ,should i wait for AMD 3000 cpu series or not ?
let me know if there are better cpus for these builds
will my gpu bottleneck ?

share your ideas guys
cheers

Well from personal experience the Ryzen 2600 (using 2x8gb @3200mhz memory) plays the Division 2 on high at 62-75 FPS (DX12 Render).

I'd go with the Ryzen as you'll have a better upgrade path then that Intel plus the extra threads which is nice for multitasking.
