Hey guys i have a pc which now i wish to upgrade it for gaming purposes so here is the pc configuration.
Intel core 2 duo e4500 2.2 ghz never clocked
1gb ddr2 ram (will upgrade to ddr2 3 gb)
Intel lga 775 motherboard
Intel 82945g chipset integrated graphics (will upgrade to ati 6670 1gb ddr5 graphics)
250 GB HDD
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
450 watts psu

So after upgrading the ram to 3gb ddr2 and installing dedicated ati 6670 1gb ddr5 graphic card will i be able to play current games and past 2 years games and some upcoming games or not or will it be just waste of money. My budget is very low. Thanks

You should think about getting new rig with at least HD7750

your upgrade will cost you $23 + $80 for 7750 so little over $100

but you seriously need a new rig ...your CPU is very weak you might also think of getting
some used at least E8400...that goes on ebay around $60
If I was you I would do new MB/CPU/MEM/VGA
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131859 $65 MB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116778 $70 CPU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814103206 $80 VGA
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148559 $15 4GB MEM

You can recycle your case, power supplu, dvd/cd drive ...etx
Total upgrade $230

If i upgrade my processor to used core 2 duo e4800 3.0 ghz and get a entry level graphic card like Nvidia gt 210 1gb or ati 5670 1gb or you suggest me one.I can only spend 110-20 $ max

there are some games that just need a quad core cpu to run well. a nvidia gt210 is absolute crap, the 5670 is better, but will still struggle on a lot of games, and you certainly wont be playing at 1920x1080p resolution. Maybe 1440x900. if your wiling to play games that are 4 or so years old, then you should be able to play them on medium-low detail. If i were you, i would OC that cpu to 3ghz, which should be possible depending on your motherboard and you will need an aftermarket cpu cooler, a cheap one like the hyper tx3 would do, and get a gtx650 for less than $120. But even then a 3ghz core 2 duo is still not going to cut it for many games. There really isnt much you can do if your budget is $110.
