Upgrading my mothers computer

Wondering if I might be able to get some suggestions in regards to:
1. Best Graphics Card for this system
2. Best available RAM for this system (currently 1gb, can take up to 4gb)
3. Best possible 939 CPU that she may be able to upgrade too.
