Hi, I want to upgrade my gpu and cpu. My gpu: GTX 560 SE, CPU: i3 2120.
Can I upgrade my gpu for exp. GTX 760 2GB and cpu for exp. i5 4690K ?

Yes and here's my overall answer to your upgrade

It's pretty simple i would say, if you already have a GTX560, then only the length of any new card (if your case doesn't support longer cards), and the power draw if your psu is pretty bad.
When it comes to the CPU, im prety sure you can only use socket 1156 CPU's, the i5 4xxx series is socket 1150 (newer), you could etc. get a used i7-2600K or i7-2700K if you can fine someone who sells one, they're still pretty good cpus, when oc'd they're even pretty close to match the i7-4770K's performance according to cpubenchmark.net.

If you want a newer cpu you'll have to throw some extra money in for a new motherboard.

There should be a sticker on one of the sides of your psu which tells you how much wattage it delivers, if you can find it then the max wattage on the "12V rail" or "12V" is the most important one to know probably. Though you should replace it with a new 550w psu if you replace the gpu. 😉
