I'm upgrading my old system from 2014, it was even budget for its time. This is what I'm using now:

I'm trying to get a all purpose, light gaming build on the cheap. I'll be using it mainly for browsing, using documents, programming, and some light gaming but I don't play often. (And if I do its generally csgo, legue, etc.)
Here is my current plan, I'd really liketo not spend any more than this, ideally even cheaper alternatives if better value:
PCPartPicker Part List: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/7yTF9G
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor (£99.98 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: MSI B450M-A PRO MAX Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (£58.98 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£69.98 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Western Digital Blue 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£104.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Asus Radeon HD 7790 1 GB Video Card
Case: GameMax Expedition MicroATX Mini Tower Case (£26.99 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: Corsair 430 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Total: £360.92
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Note: I've included my old video card and psu in this build as I intend to reuse them. Are they worth resusing? Could them having 6+ years of use be an issue?
I built my current computer jan 2014.
Any help would be brilliant,
thanks.
