[SOLVED] Upgrading my system

I have an old emachines, windows xp AMD Sempron 3100+ processor system that I got for free. What are your recommendations for upgrading it, and getting everything like windows 10, and internet explorer to work right on a tight, limited budget?

My recommendation would be not to waste any money on it. It's so old, you would just be wasting money on it. You can literally buy older refurb OEM rigs, that would run circles around that thing, for not much more than the cost of Windows 10.
