Upgrading Overwatch computer

I was looking for a pc upgrade to run overwatch better
Specs
AMD athlon x4 860k
RX 460 2GB
8GB ram

My problem is that overwatch sometimes drops to around 40 fps. I was wondering what the cheapest way to boost the lows to at least 50 is.
CPU, GPU, or other?

Running at low-med the 460 can easily do 60 fps. I know the athlons struggle a bit in ow so thats the problem. There is no upgrade on that platform for you so you will have to move to something new. This will be a new cpu, ram and mobo.

Not enough to get your anything better new. You might be able to get a used 3rd or 4th gen i5/i7 with a compatible motherboard for that tho.
