upgrading PC for gaming - need quick advice on PSU

my PC at the moment has these specs - Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 260 Processor 3.20 GHz
RAM: 8.00GB DDR3
Motherboard: Foxconn 2AB1h with AM3 socket (i think that's correct)
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5450

and currently have a 300W psu - should I upgrade my PSU?

Yeah pick any one you feel like. if you want to upgrade in the future it may be worth getting a bigger psu etc..
