Upgrading PC for photoshop

Cpu i3 2120
Motherboard Asus P8H61M plus 2
Ram 4gb DDR3
PSU corsair vs 350
Hard-disk 4 HDD
Suggest me good graphics card for photoshop

If you are doing Photoshop, it tends to be more CPU, RAM hungry. Money would be better spent on a better CPU, RAM and/or SSD. Photoshop does use GPU acceleration sometimes, but it is rare. Also, a lot of choices are limited with that PSU. Pick up a GT 1030/ GTX 1050. That are some of the few that would work with that PSU.

In your current setup a GPU would not be the best upgrade option for Photoshop.

Option 1 is to upgrade your CPU and RAM if budget allows
Option 2 is to upgrade just your CPU
Option 3 is to upgrade just your RAM
Option 4 is to upgrade to an SSD
