Upgrading question

Hi all. I am going to be upgrading my system soon and i was wondering what components to upgrade. I have two choices for now. My current specs are:
Celeron 433@507
Soyo SY 6VBA133
160MB PC100 SDRAM
NVIDIA TNT2
Yamaha 724F Sound Card
WinME/Win2K

My choices for upgrading are as follows:
1. stick with mobo and buy a Celeron 667 and GeForce2 MX or
2. replace the mobo and cpu with a Duron 700-800 and a FIC AZ-11E, but keep the TNT2.

Which would give me better performance? A Duron (looking to overclock) with a TNT2 or a new Celeron 2 667 OC'ed to 900Mhz or so with a GeForce2 MX?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

well my brother has that motherboard with a P3 700@805. It runs well, but my friend's Duron 700@805 on the Abit KT7 RAID smokes it for less $$$. If you can get the celeron upgrade for significantly less than the price of say a KT7 RAID and Duron 700, then go that route. If the options cost about the same, then I'd go AMD.

IMHO, get the Duron and an Asus A7V, Abit KT7, or MSI K7T-Pro2A. Since your overclocking, I would say to get the least expensive Duron you can find (any Duron should be able to reach at least 900Mhz), and the Abit KT7 mobo (the best overclocking board).

Thanks guys, I think I'll get a Duron with either an Abit KT7 or FIC AZ-11E. Is the KT7 the same as the KT7-RAID, except for the ATA100 and RAID support? Because I can get one for $25 less than a KT7-RAID and I won't be needing features like that for quite a while.
