Upgrading system. Looking for review and suggestions.

Hey all, I am working on upgrading my system. I have a possible upgrade list that I was hoping I could get your opinions on. I am open to change what I have selected if you can find me better performance for the same (or slightly higher) price. Location: California; Currency: USD.

I am looking to spend about $1500. It could go as high as $2000 (if it is worth it). I use my computer mostly for streaming videos and playing video games. But I also use it for some graphic design work.

Here is a list of what I have:
- I am using my current tower, powersupply, and fans
- I have already purchased my video card: NVIDIA, GEFORCE GTX 1070TI

I might also be interested in getting an extra 3-4 TB HD for extra internal storage. So if you have any suggestions on that as well, I would appreciate it.

The Intel Core i7-8700K is known to run hot. I would use a more robust CPU cooler. For example, a Corsair Hydro Series H100i V2 is popular with that processor.

For a hard drive, you can't really do better than WD Black.
