Upgrading to Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX960

Hi, I'm planning to upgrade my GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6770 GV-R677D5-1GD to a Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX960 Strix Overclocked 4 GB.

I never upgraded my graphics card before and I'd really appreciate it if someone could check the compatibility with me.

I checked the following things, but is there anything else I'm missing?:

  • ■ My PSU delivers 600 W and the minimum requirement for the card seems to be 400 W.
    ■ The dimensions seem to be okay, with the length being just a centimer longer and the rest a few millimeters smaller. It looks like it would fit
    ■ The Nvidia card will take up two slots in space instead of just one, but that doesn't seem to be a problem when I look at my motherboard

The motherboard it'll be mounted on is a p8p67 ASUS motherboard.
