Question Upgrading to new storage, unsure of transfer

Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade to an M.2 SSD for windows 10 and then a regular HDD for all other install needs, I currently have 3 regular HDDs installed at 1tb, 1tb, and 500gb. The one with windows installed on it has over 500k bad sectors on it according to crystal disk. I want to be able to save all of my data off all 3 HDDs and move them to just 1 drive. Would I be able to just use the windows 10 backup utility to an external drive and transfer everything over to just one drive? Thank you

If you can squeeze Windows 10 partition to less the size of the SSD, you can clone your existing installation, put new large HDD, and copying data off other drives. But I'd recommend going with clean install, anyway.
