Hi! I've got an i5-6400 with 8 GB at 1600mhz just like you. I also upgraded my GPU from R5 330 (OEM) to MSI Rx 570. I must say that you should stay away from GTX 1650 and 1050 ti. Because the 1050ti has a similar price to the Rx 570 but has way worse performance. The GTX 1650, however, is more expensive and is slightly performing worse than the Rx 570. The difference between an Rx 570 and Rx 580 is roughly 10 FPS, depending on games. So, if you find an Rx 580 that doesn't costs too much compared to an Rx 570, go for it. I bought the Rx 570 because in my country, the price difference between an Rx 570 and Rx 580 was simply huge so I didn't spend money on it. Also, stay away from the Rx 570 8 GB edition. The Rx 570 is simply not powerful...

The Rx 570 is simply not powerful enough to use its full 8 GB. The 4GB version will do just fine. Happy gaming!

While I prefer AMD generally, in this case, the GTX 1650 Super might be better, as it is on the level of performance of the RX580, while consuming less power than the RX 570 or RX 580. Also, its price is about the level of the cheapest RX 580 cards.

Still, at least in the US, the RX 570 4GB starts around $120 (at one point, with a rebate, one model was $99.99), which makes it hard to argue with on a price-to-performance ratio. It may be a little slower than the 1650 Super, but the 1650 Super starts at $160.

On the other points, @deniznator1 is right - the 1050Ti and 1650 (non-super) cost more than the cheapest RX 570, and perform less.
