I have a PC, currently running Windows 10 that is not suitable to upgrade to Windows 11 as the CPU is not supported.

My plan is to replace the motherboard, CPU and RAM to something that is Windows 11 compatible.

What is the best way to get Windows 11 without paying anything.....do I have to replace the components, install Windows 10 and then upgrade to 11 or is there a way to go straight to 11?
