Upgrading Z20t Ram

Hi , I want to upgrade my laptop ram from 4gb to 8gb it's Toshiba portege Z20t-B2110 , it's written that it's solded ram but I found on website called DSM there is rame called 8GB, 1600MHz, DDR3L-1600 PC3-12800, 204p SODIMM, 1.35v
Can it be used to upgrade my laptop ?
and is it necessary if I just use my laptop in college for word , power point , browsing internet ??

According to the specs:

Memory
• Configured with 4GB 1600MHz
• Memory is not user upgradable, factory installed only

Sorry, but you can't add memory because that laptop has no memory slot.
