Uploading vs. Downloading: Are they the same?

Solution

In what context?
Uploading - I copy or move something from my system to somewhere else
Downloading - I copy something from elsewhere to my internal system

Data usage - generally, both count, up + down

Speed - usually, your Download speed is quite a bit faster than your Upload speed

Phone - it depends

So...in what context is this?

There is no cap on FiOS data usage, as far as I know.
I have FiOS as well.

So it doesn't really matter.

OK, there is, kinda. But it is a soft cap, and it is WAY more than you'll ever see.
