Question Ups beeping when running bench program

My UPS power supply was beeping when running future marks bench marking program my system is an I7 7700k I've started running a Asus Strix gtx 1080's sli an then it shut off the system beeping continuously.
Is the UPS not big enough? Its rated at 650w

A 650W rated UPS can only support about 1/2 that == 390W. If you look at this runtime page from APC -- https://www.apc.com/products/runtime_for_extendedruntime.cfm?upsfamily=29 You will see that a 650W UPS like a BE650 max is listed as 390W. Your battery could be bad or more likely you are overloading it. The second 1080 was too much.
