Question UPS issues

I bought two UPS's recently. 650 VA & 800 VA (Both Apollo, Line Interactive -written on box) .
Now Im facing 2 issues
1. Im using 800Va on my pc. On the first day I was using it. As line interactive I started using it that day, didn’t charge it as i know line interactive ups's charge when used. First day when the power went out I got backup, the orange light came up, and turned off my pc. But yesterday while playing warzone ;just as the power went out, My pc shut down. There was a red still light on my ups with an alarm type sound. The same happened an hour ago.
(My Config - i5 7th gen, rx 570, 8gb ddr4 Ram.)
2. On the 650 VA ups, it provides backup but the orange light is always on. Both on AC And DC.
What should I do?

Your computer probably draw too much power when gaming.

As for your UPS< I know that you should charge pretty much any UPS for at least 18 hours, unless stated otherwise on the packaging or the manual.
