As one of the original Edge backers, I hope this tablet gets released. I'm a little concerned that MJ Technologies doesn't have a website (though a Google search turns up a software/tech services company with that name). Love to know where the hardware is manufactured too. Hope springs eternal...

"2.4 GHz Intel Quad Core" I hope this means Atom, otherwise I see a lot of burned fingers. Ubuntu Touch sounds like a good idea, but I have a feeling they won't quite get the UI right just like Unity.

MJ for Mark Jun! Thanks for providing the facebook link.

Does it not have LTE/4G or at least 3G? A mobile device that can't be used with mobile internet, is something like useless...
Something like buying a car to be mobile, but without engine. You can only drive around if somebody is pulling you.

MJ Technology released their first tablet recently: http://geekswithwives.com/buy-mj-7-hdtv-tablet/. It has a built-in HDTV antenna. Pretty innovative.
