While I was in the shower about 2.5 Hours ago, my computer randomly restarted. I had only TeamSpeak open at the time, by the way. After powering it back on, it said no boot device found. I went into bios, and my system clock had been reset to January 1st, 2013. After fixing that, it started perfectly, but It wouldn't connect to the internet. It said it was connected, but it couldn't load any web pages. I'm suspecting it's a dead cmos battery, but It's been working fine for a year and a half! I just put in a new GPU and it's been working fine for 3 days, up until now! I attempted to do a system restore, which put me into the automatic repair loop, and while trying to fix THAT, I realized that BIOS wasn't even detecting my HDD. I've tried using 3 different possible connections from my PSU, but all to no avail. I forgot to mention, I get an error everytime I start the PC up, saying something along the lines of "CMOS Checksum Error" and then the time inside bios resets. I have figured out that the HDD IS being detected, because it's listed somewhere inside the bios (can't remember where) it's just not showing up within the Boot Order. The Primary Boot Order is set to "Windows Boot Manager" or something. I also know for a fact that the HDD is running, so I don't think it's dead.

Is this all just because of the CMOS Battery??

TL;DR: Tried fixing Automatic Repair Loop, now HDD isn't being detected.
