[SOLVED] (URGENT) My new cpu cooler is not functioning

My new cpu cooler isn't working because I can see the fan is not spinning. Earlier that day I had trouble installing it because the latch on it wasn't long enough to reach the mount until I forced it with lots of energy. New cooler - pccooler S83
Mobo: Gigabyte GA78LMTUSB3 R2
Cpu: AMD Fx-8350


Any help at all is greatly appreciated because I suck with computers :/

Save yourself the trouble and send it back. Should you get it to work, it wouldn't handle an FX 8350 anyway.
It's advertised for 95w cpus, but I doubt that with the fan's specs - it's weak. The 8350 is a 125w TDP cpu.
That cooler won't be enough, and neither is the motherboard. The cpu will burn out the VRMs on the motherboard in time.
