Usable RAM Windows10

Hello, I am using Windows 10 with a ASUS 970 Pro Gaming Auro Motherboard, and I am running 22GB of RAM, however according to windows I only have 20GB of RAM, but that is not the issue. Windows 10 says that I only have 2GB of RAM usable out of the 20GB. What can I do? I have already tried the msconfig technique, it did not help.

First are you running 64bit windows.?

I am using Windows 10 32-bit, 64x based processor

You need to upgrade windows 64bit
