More info?)
No I did not get this error message prior to reinstalling. The problem I
had was with memory sockets and the techs at Dell had me erase the hard
drive thinking that would fix the problem. Of course it didn't so I had to
reinstall. After my hard drive was erased the memory was put into the other
two memory sockets and then I put everything back on the hard drive. The
error occurred at this point. The technician then reinstalled my
motherboard and nothing was changed on my hard drive. After the new
motherboard was installed the error still occurred.
Thanks,
