Question Usb 3.0 giving power even after shutdown

Hello everyone,

I need help regarding this issue I'm facing.

I have an Acer Nitro 5 Laptop (i7 variant), with Windows 10 (1809 Update).

It has 1 usb 3.0 port which keeps on working even after I shut down the laptop.

The other day I connected my phone in that port while the laptop was off.
The phone started charging, without even turning on the laptop.

The usb 2.0 ports are fine. It's just 3.0 port that does this.

Can anyone please help me solve this?

Why is that a problem?

Probably some setting in BIOS regulates this behavior (look for 5V standby settings).
