USB 3.0 not working

Hello I recently built my first pc and i went through the uefi mode and all got everything setup but the thing is my mouse/keybored wouldnt work with usb 3.0 ports even though they were all enabled and everything so i brushed it off whatever and installed windows but even in windows my usb 3.0s dont work at all with any mouse or keybored not even sending power to get mouse to light up I dont have the install disk as i dont have a disk reader but i did get the drivers for usb i really have to clue what to do thank you
Specs:
I5-6600
Asus Z170-a

I have downloaded these drivers and the usb 3.0 ports still are not working

■ Press Windows Key + R then type in this

mmc devmgmt.msc

and press Enter key.
■ Navigate to Universal Serial Bus Controllers > Right-click on the USB 3 controller > Properties > Driver > Uninstall
■ When the Uninstall completes restart your system
■ Now install the drivers from the link i posted above.
■ Restart Again.

I do not have usb3 controller i have

UnKnown USB DeVice (Device Descriptor Request Failed) Which has the error
Usb Composite Device
USB composite Device
USB Root Hub (xHCI)

Ok follow the same procedure , this time uninstall the "Intell(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller" and install these drivers:

I installed both those programs but still get the same system error i have no clue man
And it shouldnt matter if i extract all or just run it right?

This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software
its the intel one

i dont know if this may help or not but the display ports hdmi/dsub arnt working at all
