USB 3.0 / SATA 6Gb PCI-E x16 card?

the title is a mouthful, but basically...

in my phenom ii 720/gtx 260 core 216 rig, there's like 4 slots left, i am not doing SLI, so i figured if i somehow get a PCI-E x16, which would let you use the full bandwith of USB 3.0 and Sata 6 Gb.

anyone know of any pci card, or more specifully, the pci-e x16 version?
