Question USB 5V drop when device is connected

I have MSI B150 Mortar motherboard and every USB device except mouse and keyboard cant connect, I checked the voltage is normal (5v) when no device connected but when trying connect flashdrive, the voltage is drop to 2.7-3.3v

i have try to check psu voltage seems normal,
try both front and back panel usb port,

is there anything i can do to save this motherboard?

I mean the internal USB header (JUSB1 & JUSB2), not the USB ports.

If you have an USB cable you can make more USB ports, the goal is to make sure that all USB ports are bad.

yes, there are 2 USB port on my front panel. connected 1 port JUSB1(USB2.0) and 1 port to JUSB2(USB3.1),
since JUSB1 only 1 port connected, i make my own usb micro cable directly to unused usb pin in JUSB1 to my arduino nano that control addressable light on my case, and it couldnt detect the arduino

the pc run normal, it can boot either on windows10 and ubuntu,
on windows, when i try connect flashdrive it flashing "safely remove hardware and media" icon on system tray and the sound of connected and disconnected device
