Question USB-C Motherboard Header (20 pin) compatibility?

I'm planning a build with the Gigabyte Z890 UD motherboard.
The manual shows a "FU3C_5G (USB Type-C® Header, with USB 3.2 Gen 1 Support)" header. (20 pins)

I'm also looking to install a front-panel USB module, like this
It has a "USB3.2 Type-E Key-A 20-Pin Header"

Are these the same header? Are they mechanically compatible?
Are they functionally compatible - e.g. can I plug the front panel into the header and have USB 3.2 Gen 1 on the front panel USB-C connector?

Yes, the smaller plug with the silver connector (to the left of the blue plug) will fit into that socket on the motherboard. Does your case not have a connector of this type on its front panel?
