It was working fine when I bought it with a Sabrent enclosure, it has a letter assigned to it but I'm unable to interact with it whatsoever I tried :
  1. disk manager I can barely interact with it just change the letter or see it's properties
  2. chkdsk : it say that the volume can't be opened
  3. diskpart it doesn't even appear when "list disk"
I tried different USB ports even on my Linux laptop where disk manager also recognize it has a removable with "no media" and empty space.
I'm joining a disk manager screenshot where it shows as disk 3, note that disk 4 is almost the same model I bought 2 years ago and is perfectly working.

Also when I plug it in it take almost 30 seconds to power up and be detected where as the other one is instant.

I didn't have any data on it and can return it on Amazon until tomorrow should I also return the enclosure or just the SSD?

Please show link to your USB enclosure.
What is model name of your NVME drive?

Most likely - they are not compatible. Probably USB M.2 enclosure supports sata M.2 drives only.
Or .. M.2 drive is actually sata, but M.2 enclosure supports nvme drives only.

So the USB enclosure is https://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-Type-C-Tool-Free-Enclosure-EC-SNVE/dp/B08RVC6F9Y and the SSD is https://www.amazon.fr/Crucial-CT1000P2SSD8-Interne-Vitesses-atteignant/dp/B089DNM8LR but they were working fine when I got them that the issue I probably soundn't have left it unused and plugged in my computer for two weeks it has some power issue sometime reboot for no reason an some USB port are no longer working (but it's not the USB port that fail here because it doesn't work on my laptop either).
