hello all.
having some issues with my 3rd oculus sensor not responding. it is recommended that two of the sensors are on 3.0 and one on 2.0 which is what i am doing. but i keep getting a yellow circle with an exclamatin point letting me know it is not scanning. so i reached out to support and of course they told me to try some steps which included to make sure my usb controllers are up to date. the vendors in the email they sent were:

If your USB vendor is Texas Instruments, click here to check for updates on Texas Instruments’ website.
If your USB vendor is ASMedia, click here to check for updates on ASMedia's website.
If your USB vendor is any other brand, click here to check for updates on Microsoft’s website. Make sure you install all required and recommended pending updates.
To update USB Driver Updates for Windows 7:
Check with your chipset maker. Such as:
Intel
AMD
Texas Instruments
ASMedia
not sure which are mine though?
my board is an asus prime h270-plus.
any help would be appreciated. thx
oh in device manager and under universal serial bus controllers I have many showing up. the main one i think are
intel usb 3.0 eXtensible host controller-1.0 (microsoft)
usb root hub 3.0
