Question " USB device not recognized" mouse and windows 10

Hi, when I plug in my mouse to my laptop, windows says " USB device not recognized", I decided connect it to another laptop with win10, but it still wont connect. This is funny because mouse is a pretty new and I played with this mouse this morning, but now it dont work, I don`t know why...

Windows up to date?
Does mouse needs any specific drivers?
