USB Device Over Current Status Detected

My computer has a brand-new MSI H81M-P33 Motherboard and no front USB ports, only the ports connected directly to the motherboard. After about a month of use with no problems, I accidentally jolted the computer when I tripped over my headphones and now the computer boots with that message. I've checked the ports for bent parts and nothing seems to have changed since it was working an hour ago. I've been searching the forums ever since and found no answers.

if you unplug ALL the usb devices including keyboard and mouse... does it still give you it. if so somehow the motherboard is damaged.. if not plug one device in at a time till you find the bad device
