USB doesn't recognize devices

hello TH guys
i got this problem just after formatting my Laptop and installing Windows 7 (Genuine), at first it could recognize devices (two flash drives i remember), but after a while, everytime i plug a USB device it shows (unknown device), even my mouse, except the two drives that i used earlier, they still work fine. i tried reinstalling drivers and troubleshooting the problems but it didn't help
i hope you guys can help me

Hello The Dude,

Have you tried uninstalling the USB Root Hubs?
- Open Device Manager
- Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers category
- Right click each USB Root Hubs, on pop-up menu, select Uninstall

Then, are you using Intel Based laptop? If so, you will need to install the Intel Chipset Driver:
