USB drive not working or reading but keyboard and mouse do

I just did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and my computer has a WiFi stick because WiFi did not come onboard. My drivers are on a flash drive that I need to insert into my PC but for some reason my PC won’t recognize that it is being insterted yet light is coming from the flash drive. Can someone help me figure this out if it isn’t too much to ask. Can provide specs if needed

I have both, only 2 usb 2 the rest are 3

Can you see any of them in Device Manager and Disk management ?

No nothing is visible either one, also I have no drivers installed at all so I can’t even update my usb controller
