Hello, Everyone.

Recently i had some ''device not recognized'' issues with my XBOX 360 controller. i tried many videos on Youtube but on device manager, unlike everyone else i have the error on ''USB bus controls'' area. which is why i couldn't update manually like on those videos show. so i kept touching here and there and all the sudden my USB ports 3.0 stopped detecting my Toshiba external drive or anything else. not even a USB flash drive. i tried everything - updates, drivers updates...anything i could think of.
so i ask now: is there anyway possible for me to get back my USB 3.0 ports to work again? 2.0 work fine but not 3.0.

P.S: my XBOX 360 Controller - 1 week ago was working fine and all of the sudden started to work on an off but now when i plug it i see the X button in the middle turn on for 0.5 sec and turn off and nothing happens then. i even kept it for 2 hours plugged with nothing.
