Question USB Dropouts

HI Everyone,

Having a USB issue where most, not all devices, stop responding with the computer. This seems to randomly happen. Sometimes we can go weeks without an issue, while other times we will have issues multiple times a day. Here is a bit of info:

Motherboard - Gigabyte x99-UD5 WIFI
Windows 10 - 1909
USB Devices:
1 - XKeys Controller (XK-24)
1 - XKeys Controller (XK-68)
1 - XKeys Controller (XK-128)
1 - USB Audio (Yamaha MG12UX)
1 - /USB 3.0 to SATA with 250GB SSD
1 - generic keyboard
1 - behringer x-touch mini
1 - logitech mouse

When used, everything is plugged to the connectors on the back. No external USB hubs are being used.

Any help would be grately appreciated.

By now, there is not enough info to have an idea what is wrong. Therefore you should list up every time it happens. Get the following information:

• date and time
• What USB ports are affected
• What devices are affected (you may have one device that have an electrical short).
• What device are connected to which port (you should swap the devices every now and then)
• Current up-time
• Temperature condition
