USB headset microphone constant beeping background noise

Now I got a USB headset, everything works, my voice is hearable but there's a constant beeping, pulsating background noise that is very annoying for my friends and I can't really use it, tried different USB ports... what could it be?

second try on this forum, very helpful forum I see, it's not like I'm using this as a last resort, no no its not like i ever bothered googling other solutions or every other solution the service guys have told me
