USB Mass Storage (JetFlash Disk)

My problem is not in any of the threads. After plugging my JetFlash 256 MB
Disk into my Win XP machine, message says, "USB Device Not Recognized. One of
the USB devices attached has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognized
it." I've tried most of the simpler troubleshooting methods recommended.
The Flash Disk works just fine on my Windows 2000 workstation as well as my
Win 2000 laptop.
