USB mic can't use noise/echo suppresion

Where's any audiophile when you need one!

I bought a Yeti USB mic and it's great but I can't use the Realtek Sound Manager noise suppresion or echo canceling. They did a great job of keeping my old mic from picking up my keyboard, any sound output from speakers was completely canceled, no fan noise.

What can I do for the Blue Yeti mic to get the same effects?

I can't use speakers without risking blowing out the speakers of whoever's on the other end, my keyboard/mouse are louder than I am, and it picks up my case fans.

Sadly you probably won't be able to use those, since realtek drivers/software control the integrated audio processor on your motherboard(jack input/output) while your USB mic uses its own drivers.
