USB not working

Hi all, recently completely reset my windows 10 PC and all the USB ports are not working. I plugged in a PS/2 mouse and keyboard, and they work fine. I went into the control panel and all my USB drivers are not there. I cant even download them because my wifi card/adaptor is USB.
Please let me know if you have any fix.

I assume you can only connect to internet with wifi card that connect to usb port.
If you still have the mainboard driver disc, you can install driver with that. If not, you can try
1. Download the driver in different pc and copy to your harddrive or any drive that can connect to your sata/ide port
2. Download the driver and burn it to dvd and install from dvd

Thanks, but it doesnt matter anymore as about 10 mins ago I just downloaded them from a website, thanks anyway!
