usb over current status shutting down in 15 seconds?

Just built a new computer and when I try to boot it it does that

First verify that the USB plug from the case is inserted into the correct slot on your mobo. Second, what do you have plugged into the USB ports on the mobo right now? Try removing everything and just start with your mouse + kb and see if it still does it.
