Question USB port not recognized/malfunction

Hi all,
On a newly built computer, all but one of my USB ports seems to be working. If I plug in a device it will sometimes be reported as unrecognized and other times come across as malfunctioning. I tried updating the drivers but to no avail.

The motherboard is a mag msi bazooka b460m. Intel is processor. It's the first USB on the case

Ok so this is probably an issue with the case and not the motherbd.
Which case do you have? Maybe there are there spare parts available.

It's a cougar mx330. Could it be bios related?

Bios related? - No, Not when the one right next to it is working fine.

I don't see that Cougar has a dedicated parts store so you will need to contact their customer support and see if you can get a replacement.
