[SOLVED] USB Ports and HDMI Port to GPU Stopped Working

Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060
2 Ripjaw 8GB DDR4 Sticks
I7-9700k? - honesty not sure but less than 1 year old
Cooler Master cpu fan
970 Evo SSD
1 TB HDD (original -6ish years)

Title self explanatory. Ports randomly stopped working upon computer start up.

All components had been replaced recently except for the PSU (Corsair 600 M from like 6 years ago) and HDD. Over the last 6 months, the computer has ran pretty loud, I have had random restarts, and now the ports all stopped working; based on what I’ve read on recent threads - this sounds like a faulty PSU. So I just replaced it with a new Corsair RM 750X - same issue with ports. I know the keyboard/mouse are not turning on due to typical lights that turn on the Logitech.

Any thoughts?

Fixed - all I did was remove the memory - clean it, and reinsert. Very weird.

Update - the issue is back and I have no idea what it is - any thoughts?

Resetting the Bios cured it once,
Windows updated the drivers and screwed up?
Reinstall from Nividia - while there get the latest and 1 preceding just in case.
