[SOLVED] USB ports no power

hi,

building a PC and have installed everything except CPU, the USB Ports have no power going to them (won’t charge my phone)
Is this due to the CPU not being installed, even the case USB ports won’t work

Thanks for the obvious advice....reason I’m asking is I haven’t bought the cup yet and was worried it was a fault with the motherboard

Can't really start troubleshooting a system without it's brain. Anyway if you had the board for more than 30 days that's outside the return windows of most sellers online and a RMA will have to be done with the board company.

Need that CPU first.
