I installed windows7 ultimate in my laptop & found that none of the usb ports are working.

Now I installed the original windows7 Home Premium (thru CD) which I got with my Dell Inspiron 14R N4110... but still none of the usb ports are working.
Please suggest what to do?

Yes they have drivers for a range of those laptops that came under that model number, but had different devices installed. Dell USB 3.0 is probs the one you have in yours and not the Renesas. If you use the same link, you will see a search box for service tag.,found under laptop on a sticker or in bios screen, enter that and that will refine the search more to exact drivers

Hi Mark,
I tried installing the drive but it didn't worked.
Finally from somewhere I read that we can enable the usb ports from BIOS settings.
I enabled the disabled usb ports from BIOS settings & all ports started working.

Btw: Thanks a lot for your suggestions
