Question USB Ports not working

So I’ve got a brand new Z390-P motherboard and none of the USB ports are working, I’ve tried plugging my keyboard into all of them. I can’t access BIOS. I’ve tried to plug in various other devices like mice and usb drives and again nothing is working.

Any suggestions?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu?

no light on the keyboard and mouse when you boot? nothing on the monitor ?

posted specs above, no light on keyboard and mouse no. I do get display when I plug my hdmi into one of my GPUS instead of mobo but cannot access bios because of the back panel ports not working I can’t use a keyboard

might need bios update

that cpu don't have igpu, there will not be any video output from the motherboard

How am I supposed to update bios without being able to hook up a keyboard or mouse?
