Question USB ports not working

Please help, My Keyboard and Mouse is connected to back side of motherboard and it is randomly losing power in the middle of work. It started happening from afternoon only

Motherboard: H61
CPU: i5-3570
GPU: RTX 2060
RAM: 2 x 4GB
PSU: 550W Bronze+ CM
2 x SSD, 2 x HDD
RGB Keyboard and Mouse
Bluetooth and WIFI Adapter
Case Fans: 3 x ARGB and 1 x non-RGB
Monitor: Acer 22 inch IPS

Does the issue happen with other peripherals outside of the keyboard and mouse?

Cooler Master MWE 550 Bronze V2 Power Supply, Just 3 Years old​

Zebronics H61 Motherboard, A very basic motherboard, same 3 years old, there shouldn't be any bios update

Yeah, The Bluetooth start having similar issues day before yesterday, it didn't used to disconnect but used to loss audio during a video then again start playing normally for a few minutes and yesterday the keyboard and mouse start behaving similarly, I thought maybe they are faulty so I tested then with another device there it works perfectly fine.

Note: Whenever I start PC, the Motherboard and Mouse RGB which should blink once once and start, are blinking continuously like if the power is being cut off in middle
