Question usb ports stop working after some time in msib650 board

I just build my new pc and i have a problem with the usb. I have install the most recent AMD drivers and the most recent stable version of BIOS, but when i start my pc my blue usb in the back stop working and my front usb also stop working , additionaly others things has wifi and bluetooth also stop working. Can some one help me?

ps: this mobo has alredy been sented to RMA but the problem persists

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Speaking of motherboard, your thread title holds the brand of the board and the chipset, what is the model to the board you're working with?
